helpful staff central location peaceful atmosphere
I found the staff helpful. They provided excellent assistance with directions. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to local attractions. I loved the classical music played in the common areas. It created a peaceful atmosphere.

bad coffee sweet breakfast
the location allowed easy walking to attractions there were two pianos for musical guests
the breakfast was not a buffet i waited i wanted savory items first it was mostly sweet items served out of order the coffee was not good the scrambled eggs also tasted bad

The room had lovely linens and a comfortable bed. Common areas were decorated with classical musical instruments. I saw a grand piano for guest use.

the location were perfect. the music theme add a lot of character to the hotel. all the furniture, instruments and decoration in the hotel were fine.
the breakfast were bad. it is not a buffet, so you need to wait for the breakfast to be served. the coffee was dreadful and i almost couldn't drink it.

rooftop bar perfect location useful elevators
i really appreciated the rooftop deck bar. it was perfect after a long day. the location worked well, it seemed close to many main attractions. the elevators were useful too. we loved the breakfast!

The hotel features musical instruments. I saw them in many rooms. Breakfast included a fixed menu. Everything tasted delicious and of high quality.
Bedding was very soft. I left with backaches.

I found the staff very helpful and friendly, a real plus! the public lounges are beautiful and the rooftop had great views. So lovely. its location is quiet but central. Quite convenient. i enjoyed this place a lot!
i did find the bedding was quite soft. i left with a bit of a backache from that soft mattress.
